Because this item is part of a fundraising campaign benefiting the SGT Bruce Cogley Foundation, all proceeds are treated as a donation and are not eligible for our standard refunds.

We will gladly replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.  Any issues must be reported within 7 of delivery.  If your order has an error (such as duplicate charges or undelivered items), please contact us and we will make it right.
