There’s no coincidence that Titan 6 Actual and I crossed paths. The Ethos of Titan is not only how I live my life but the mission I set out for with Atlas Endurance Training. Whether it’s in my racing / training part of life or my personal / work life I am always pushing the envelope of what I am capable of. I am never satisfied and will always climb the mountain. I never find comfort in the plateau, life is meant for the journey no matter how difficult or vast it may seem.

Finding a purpose in life and dedicating yourself to that will leave you feeling fulfilled. It is in my opinion the most important part of keeping your mental health strong. Being idle without a challenge and focus will leave you feeling meaningless. It doesn’t matter the purpose, dedicate yourself to it and it will fill your heart and soul with what you need.

I’ve always lead by example, I’ve raced, trained and worked with integrity all of my life. You never know who is watching and being influenced by you that is what it’s important to live consistently. It’s important to not only keep your head down to grind out the task at hand but also lift others and help them on your way. The smallest things may influence someone to change or improve their life. Never be above learning, patience and helping someone reach their potential.
