On September 11, 2025, Lou Greco was welcomed to the SGT Bruce Cogley Foundation Ambassador Team. Through an aligned mission and both Titan 6 Actual and the Hudson Valley Ruck Club as his vehicle, Lou hopes to combat veteran suicide with fitness.
So what is the SGT Bruce Cogley Foundation?
Dedicated to combating veteran suicide by promoting mental health, community, and physical fitness through outreach, support and advocacy.
They also want partner gyms that can host the annual workout (THE BRUCE WOD) as that is their annual fundraiser.

What it means to be a Titan and Take Command
When Titan 6 Actual was born in 2017, we set out to show people they have greatness inside just waiting to be unleashed.
We believed that by striving to be better than who you were yesterday, seeking out your purpose, challenging yourself to live it daily, and helping others find their Titan Spirit we could set the world on fire with positivity!
Fitness has always been an integral part of that journey and inspired us to develop activewear and performance apparel & gear for a community that embodies the Titan Ethos: Growth, Purpose, and Leadership.
That’s also why we created the Titan’s Shield which serves as a powerful banner rallying like-minded individuals to build a stronger community. Ultimately, the Titan’s shield would mean nothing without the community of men and women nationwide that give it meaning.
Titan 6 Actual, the name
The Titan name is synonymous with strength and resilience and often times used as part of military unit’s call sign. Our founder was commander of his Army unit, the 481st Engineer Detachment , the “Titans”, which is where the name Titan 6 Actual was born.
If you are unfamiliar, in the military the number “6” after a unit’s radio call sign refers to the commander of that unit. Also, if you want to speak to the commander and not his or her radio operator you add the term “actual”.
So, why would the full call sign be such an inspiring name, you ask? In that name, Lou found his own strength and resilience to cope with many of life’s struggles he was facing. In that name, he discovered how to Take Command.

Lou Greco, CEO and Founder, of Titan 6 Actual is a retired CW2 Army Engineer Reservist, OEF & OIF veteran, devoted husband and father, professional civil engineer in NY, fitness & wellness enthusiast, and all around animal lover.
